This may be the worst of all the Brooklyn Water Bagel franchises yet. The bagel was hard and not fresh tasting at all. The wait time of 7 minutes, after placing the order, for a simple bagel with cream cheese when there was a full staff and no other customers waiting was quite long. When brought to the owners attention he said, "we're doing other things." Skip this location but definitely try the one in Palm Beach Gardens or Boynton you won't be disappointed -they're even better than the "original" location in Delray.

Not all bagels are the same! We had the most spongy bagel! There iced Coffee is cubed with frozen coffee so you don't have a watered down buzz! I think there is one in Coral Springs and Hollywood too. They supposedly ship Brooklyn NY water down to give us the divine bagels! Lol! It's always busy so plan some time to enjoy!

I'm so glad I discovered this place! They've got a variety of different bagels that never disappoint, and their sandwiches are to die for. My usual is the Staten Island but I get it on their yummy Asiago bagel, along with that sandwich they have four other signature offerings. Brooklyn Water Bagels is the only place I know that uses coffee ice cubes! I get the chestnut cubsta and its a great treat. I don't know much about the history of this company but it seems like they're doing well and the people at this location are very speedy and kind. I am excited to see what is in store for the growth of this perfect breakfast/brunch destination.

I love Brooklyn Water Bagel, but lately they seem short staffed and I wait in line 5-10 minutes in a line of 1 person before me

Bagels are very good as well as the cream cheeses. I like how they have the giant black and white cookies for sale too Didn't try the coffee or any of the speciality sandwiches. Place is crowded so don't expect a quick in and out on your morning commute

This establishment serves some of the best bagels I've eaten. Made fresh every day and never frozen. While waiting on the usual long lines, you can watch the chefs preparing bagels through a glass viewing area (similar to Hershey's chocolate factory) and they make fresh water every day through the "Brooklynizer". I've had both the bacon, egg, and cheese as well as the ham, egg, and cheese which both come on toasted plain bagels. When eating in they deliver your steaming hot bagels to your table My only complaint is that if you want water in a normally-sized cup you have to pay extra.

If you're looking for a light, clean, veggie breakfast to start off your day, get the Bushwick bagel! Nothing says "breakfast" like a soft, chewy Asiago bagel with Pepper jack cheese, fresh jalapenos, avocado, and fluffy eggs. Don't forget to order an iced coffee, too! They brew a strong cup of coffee, and offer tons of syrups and creams for total customization. Go on and get ya some!!

I eat here more then I'd like to admit and I'm so glad I no longer have to drive to delray to get my bagel fix. Always good service and friendly staff. I'm obsessed.

My first time experience was not good.i ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and an iced latte. My bagel was burnt and my coffee was terrible. Seemed extremely unorganized :(

I love their ice coffee cuz it's made with filtered water and it had iced coffee cubes so your drink doesn't water down. They egg and cheese sandwich is better than Einstein's bagels. They have a wide variety of coffee syrups for you to use, same with milk, skimmed milk and half & half. They do have outdoor seating too.

I like the bagels and the iced coffee very much, however I had to update my review since they keep messing up my orders. Today was the worst, as I was frustrated and actually drove back to get them to fix their mistake. I went back and they apologized and told me they'd correct the order. They made the sandwich again, I heard the girl repeat my order correctly, then they wrapped it all up again. I did not want to stand at the counter and open it up, as I was sure they couldn't possibly screw it up again, but they did. I will most likely go back as I like their bagels, but I would advise people to check their orders as this was not the first mess up, and probably won't be the last time they mess up orders. In the words of Leo Getz(Joe Pesci)- They F___ you at the drive though!

Had the spinach mushroom and eggwhites . The sandwich was good..moved here from NYC and have been searching for a good bagel it had more crisp then any other bagel but it's still not like home. I would still come back the coffee was really good...only complaint is I asked for everything bagel and got wheat.

Good idea, poorly executed. If they actually made the food there it would be something. But the eggs are either made in large batches or pre packed as scrambled.. The grilled chicken is frozen strips... A toasted bagel seems pressed and burnt and the only cheese they have is American. Other bagel cafes do a much better job.

We love the company, just maybe not this location. You can't fill the coffee yourself, they do it for you. The cashier was counting money in the register and then filling something out, looked at us while we walked up, didn't say anything and then after 45 seconds or so she said "what do you want?" Seriously? Business is that good that you can just talk to people like that? The girl gave me an attitude when I asked for a refill on my iced coffee as well, this place is pretty funny.

Hands down the best bagels in town!! I drive 20 min ever Sunday to the location in Delray on Military Trail just for the whole wheat everything bagel and love their coffee! Love the Delray location!!!! This morning however I went to the one on Federal highway. Ordered the whole wheat everything bagel w veggie cream cheese & lox, an iced coffee and I purchased a bottled water. My husband also ordered breakfast. While waiting for my order I asked if I could have a cup of ice to pour my water into...it didn't feel really cold. The manager Ashley was really rude and said I would have to pay $.50 for a cup w ice! I was supposed to go back on line and pay! After I complained she still wouldn't do it. I will never go back to that location again! Bad customer service. Worst manager Ashley.

Delicious and fresh! A must try! Try any of the signature sandwiches and you can't go wrong! Great quality food and very affordable!

Everything about this location is inferior to some of their other locations as well as the store on Military in Delray. The setup of the store, the quality of the food/sandwiches/bagels, the service and staff, speed of which the food is ready, all combined make for a less than great experience. If these two locations were right next door to one another, I would never come back here. I don't know if this is a new franchisee or if they operate other BWB locations, but other than the same menu, it is not the same experience from one location to another. I hope they can get their act together at this location.

In my opinion this is the best bagel restaurant in East Boca. The food and coffee are delicious and fresh. The team of people who run it, Ashley, Joe, Dave and Rebecca treat you like family. I couldn't be any happier than I am having this gem so close to my home. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to satisfy their bagel fix.

Best bagels in South Florida. Service is a 9/10 and their food is a 10/10. Recommended to all.. They bring water from Brooklyn in result to amazing New York tasting Bagels!

The breakfast bagel was huge. In fact I ate half for breakfast and half for lunch. It was different than other bagel sandwiches I have had in that the bacon was chopped instead of in strip but I still enjoyed it. The frozen coffee was also excellent.

Great Black Russian Pumpernickel bagels. The bagels are not doughy. They are flavorful and the perfect size with or without cream cheese.

Nothing special. Better than a Dunkin donuts for sure though. The Manhattan was like a spinach Omelet with a bunch of cheese on it. The sandwich is supposed to be on whole wheat which they were out of, and they just made it with a plain bagel without telling me about it. After seeing it and telling them, they offered to make me something different which was very nice but I was too hungry. Anyway I think it deserves another try but I won't be dying to go back anytime soon.

This location literally needs to get their s*** together. I've been such a loyal customer to Brooklyn water bagels all over the state where ever I am or live. For some reason this location cannot seem to get it together. There is no entrance to the place first of all and second of all it takes 20+ minutes to get a bagel or a muffin Everytime. I went in again today to give them my last shot for my business after several upsets and the guy in front of me was even freaking out because he was waiting for anyone and there are people walking around the back and no one helping customers. The one person at the register was also delivering food to tables from the kitchen, then while we were waiting in line the person he brough food to said it was the wrong thing causing an entire delay by him having to grab his manager who is no where to be found. Last time I came for pickup there were 7 employees in the front that I could see. I had ordered pick up and waited in a long line just like everyone else to pickup my food. After going through the long line inside I was told to wait on the side. I watched 13 people get their food before me when i finally realized my food had been sitting on the counter the entire time. Last time I was put on hold and never answered back to after 10 minutes and two returned calls with no answer. My first complaint about this place was when an order of mine was messed up (muffin not toasted with butter) and my girlfriend had found a hair in her wrapped bagel once we got home both not our hair color or length. I almost feel betrayed as a loyal customer to this business franchise, I am never coming back here. Hope this helps others that use yelp to decide the quality of individual businesses like so that doesn't deserve a bad rep overall.

Having been a New York bagel baker working my way through college, I can tell you that there is more to a great bagel than water! Having said that, this bagel doesn't reflect anything extraordinary due to water or anything else. It more resembles an in distinct Einstein Bagel than what other bagel restaurants serve up, most of them having what I would consider a more satisfying bagel. The good news is that my egg sandwich was hot, fresh and good. Prices extremely low in comparison to other bagel places. Food came fast and correct. But for me, it was more fast food than restaurant

Bagels are amazing!! They are fresh and big and the everything bagels has stuff on both sides. Coffee is good too. Can't taste the water difference to be honest but it is a new morning spot for me.

Very happy that this place opened in East Boca. They have a large selection of bagels that are as close to a good New York bagel as you will get in South Florida (crisp on the outside and chewy inside). They also don't run out of bagels hours before closing time like another East Boca Bagel store at Federal and NE 43rd Street. I found the service to be very good, the seating very comfortable (lots of seating inside and outside) and it was kept very clean. I highly recommend.

Stopped by soon after they opened. There were about 25 employees training & 2 other customers who had already been served. I ordered a simple sandwich (turkey w may & lettuce) & when I got home they somehow forgot the mayo & lettuce. Not impressed. I'd hate to see what happens when they're actually busy!! Food was sub-par at best. E mailed corporate about my experience & never got a reply back, apparently they don't care about customer satisfaction! It's worth the drive over to Einsteins! Was NOT impressed by the menu either. Will not return.
